Graphics Director
Over the last 7 years, managed and mentored a team of four GIS/AutoCAD technicians and created a cohesive group that has now become recognized in the field for their exceptional and innovative technical graphics

Led the re-brand effort for SoundEarth, which included the design of the corporate logo, business cards, letterhead templates, marketing brochures, proposal graphics, the initial website, and even the change in name from Sound Environmental Strategies to SoundEarth Strategies

Acted as the lead designer and project manager for the newest SoundEarth office buildout, including the design of custom/modular cubicles (using off-the-shelf components) and conference tables – all completed with a limited budget of $24,000 and in a timeframe of 2 months

Created a diverse portfolio of graphics using a wide-range of software to describe the historical and environmental site conditions at some of the highest profile redevelopments in the Seattle area

Developed all advertising graphics for SoundEarth

Implemented a charitable contribution process where we donate our time and graphics expertise to non-profit organizations such as Water for People to manage many of their graphics needs

Developed a graphics tracking system by leveraging the company’s existing Sharepoint system that has allowed for the successful management of over 1200 graphics requests since its implementation in July 2011

Utilized the lessons learned from the graphics tracking system to assist the Marketing, Project Quality, and Equipment Management departments to develop their own systems, which have substantially aided in the capturing of lost profits and changed the overall environment of accountability

Created information graphics detailing complex subsurface conditions that can be easily interpreted by non-technical people
