SoundEarth Strategies recently expanded their Lake Union office campus to include the 1920s vintage building directly to the east of their headquarters building. My role on the the project was to design the space, including the design of the modular cubicles and conference tables, manage the limited budget, and direct the build-team.
The project was completed in 2 months with a budget of only $24,000.00. This included all parts and labor, the construction of 2 new partition walls, the buildout of 10 cubicles, the buildout of 4 conference tables, and the custom design and build of 3 feature desks using reclaimed craftsman style doors.
